The organizers of this group, Unplugged Design Club, bear the sole responsibility for coordinating event themes and schedules. By registering for an event, each individual, including participants and their guests, acknowledges accountability for their own safety. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their guests are aware of our group's Liability Disclosure and Waiver. Participants, including guests, understand the inherent risks, dangers, and hazards associated with any event organized by this group. Participants willingly accept and fully assume all such risks, dangers, and hazards. Moreover, by interacting with this group, you and your guests release and discharge this group and their hosts from any and all liability arising from participation in any events. 

Liability Waiver: 

• All attendees engage in events at their own risk, taking full responsibility for any property loss damage or personal injury to themselves or their guests

• Participants are responsible for any venue damage incurred during the event

• Emphasizing personal accountability, each member is individually responsible for their behavior at group events

• By registering for and/or attending group events, members explicitly confirm their comprehension of this disclaimer. Additionally, they willingly and cautiously agree not to pursue any claims related to the Unplugged Design Club events or against the Unplugged Design Club organizers
