May Unplugged - Print Palooza!

After months of thinking about it, we are bravely going to try our hand at print! Come and experiment with us or blow us away with your skills if you have them! Bring your beginner mindset and get lost in the art of creating. I think we could all use some of that flow magic!

Bring your own printmaking items to make a print with (eg, eraser to carve, carving block, cork, styrofoam sheet, potato, etc—be inventive and see what you have on hand that can work!), carving tool, ink/paint, brushes and paper(s) to print on, and anything else you'd like for this project! We will have a limited supply of styrofoam sheets to share, to carve and print with.

All professional designers and students are welcome to attend, regardless of experience level.

The discussion prompt for this month is all about risk. Where are you taking risks in your career? Have you tried things in the past and succeeded? What about failure and what did that teach you?
